Program description

T-SPAN Text Alerts sends occasional text-message alerts about T-SPAN programming, schedule changes, and newsletter highlights to people who have asked for them.

How to join

Enter your mobile number on the sign-up page or in the mobile number field on our newsletter subscribe page, and tick the consent box. We then text you once to confirm; reply YES and you are enrolled. If you do not reply, you receive nothing further.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect only a handful of messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. T-SPAN Text Alerts does not charge for these alerts; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after it. You can also use the unsubscribe page. Reply START to rejoin.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and handset.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to send the alerts you asked for. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. Numbers are stored alongside our newsletter records on our own server and are removed when you opt out.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
